Return Policy – aDorne-It

Please note that any shipping chargers are based on weight and package size that are calculated by the shipping calculator. No excessive handling fees are added. If you think a price is high, please contact us before purchasing so we can see if it can ship at a lower price. We will try to work with you. If a cheaper shipping method can be found, it will ship that wa, but we can’t control the prices the Post Office charges.

Return Policy : We do accept returns, but due to the high cost of shipping only refund the original price of the item, NOT including original shipping, unless there is an extenuating circumstance that you first contact us about. Sometimes my elf gets into the eggnog a little early and might jumble things up a little, but once the eggnog wears off, we can fix any mistakes. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued when an item is returned in its original condition as soon as the item is received and inspected. We do try to work with my customers, so please contact us if you are unhappy with your item and we will try to work it out. Thank you.
