Cute little ceramic teapot
Done in the shape of a gingerbread house complete with frosting edging and mint & gum drop candy decorations
The chimney (lid knob), spout, and handle are all done to look like they are made of candy canes
The tip top of the roof makes up the lid
Hand painted
Very cute, fun design
Also have a gingerbread cookie house that would be cute with this, and might have another one of these as well
Can just use as a decorative piece or as a functional teapot

Measure approx 6.5″ tall at tallest point x 6.5″ wide counting handle and spout x 3.75″ x 4″ at base
There are two itty bitty chips – on on the spot on the purple coating a gumdrop on the left front side of the front shrubbery, and one on the underside of the edge of the roof of the lid
Otherwise there are no real wear
Very good shape
