The hard cover has no real wear to it

The pages are pretty pristine and clean

Someone did write on the first cover page “Christmas 1994 Dennis gave to Lynn”, other than that, it does not appear to have any real wear inside

The dust jacket is in very good shape, though there is some slight wear to the top and bottom edges with a small rip by the back spine in the jacket and on the top front corner, and slight yellowing along  the edges
