Handmade unique one of a kind decorative table top tree. These cute trees are made from vintage children’s wooden blocks. Blocks feature numbers, letters, carvings, and done in a summer garden theme featuring all things gardening. The majority of the tree is small blocks with a row of larger more decorative blocks on the base. It is decorated with all unique knick-knacks that range from vintage to modern, including toys, charms, jewelry, beads, and garlands. Done in a spring floral theme, this tree is decorated with everything you might find in your backyard garden. Let’s take a walk through the garden and admire the flowers, bees, birds, birdhouse, gazing balls, mushrooms, watering can, rake and gloves, duckling, ladybugs, white picket fences, a pale of water, a basket full of flowers, a pine cone, hearts and other assorted greenery. There are all kinds of garden signs, with garden sayings like “bee happy” and “grow in love”. There is even a little schnauzer dog peaking over one of the fences waiting for a pat on the head. Hidden amongst all the goodies is a handmade one of a kind peanut person hidden in his purple flower hat hanging his yellow butterfly garland. The tree is topped with a watering can on a hook topped with green bow with a crystal bead drop of water coming out. The yellow butterfly garland drapes all the way around the tree. The big blocks at the bottoms feature floral designs and spell out joy. The base is a green wood block with decoupaged flowers on each side and saying on one side that reads ” Hope, Where flowers bloom there is hope”. With this tree, you can have your garden year round and always have a small piece of spring. All items are unique or hard to find pieces I have collected over the years.
The more you look at the trees, the more hidden treasures you see. These make memorable outstanding centerpieces for tables or can be used as decorative shelf sitters. Use them for the holiday or leave out year round to enjoy. Get it for yourself, or they make great gifts. These are not meant to be toys, but rather decorative, fun accent pieces.
