Features a long panel connected to handle with a wooden gear
As you turn the handle the the wooden gear spins the panel and makes a clacking/snapping noise
The entire apparatus is made of wood, including the gear and dowel holding the gear to the handle
There are a mishmash of screws, bolts, and nails that are used on it as well as the wooden dowels
No markings of any kind
Fully functional as a toy, though very loud
It’s kind of a cool display piece too
Both decorative and functional
