Antigue Tea Cup & Saucer Set

Very pretty set of tea cups and saucers
Features raised gold outlined lotus flowers (though they look more like cherry blossoms to me) with gold leaves
The cups have the floral design on the upper border of one side along a double gold line border that wraps around the entire cup
The rim has a gold edge and there is gold strip running down the handle as well
The saucers have a gold stripe around the border with three different versions of the flowers in 3 spots along the line
Saucers also have a gold rim
There are 5 cups and 6 saucers
Cups marked handpainted and Nippon on the bottom
Saucers are unmarked
Made of a finer (thinner china)
Very pretty set
Both decorative and functional

Measure approx 3.63″ diameter x 4.5″ wide counting handle x 2.13″ tall on cups, 5.5″ diameter on saucers
The cups have minimal, if any, signs of wear, the saucers show a little more wear to the gold
No chips or cracks
