White china plate that features a green and yellow border around the rim<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On top of the rim is a raised gold beaded dot and line filigree design<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is hand painted
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The edges of the plate are raised higher, almost like a bowl<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The edges are finished with a wavy scalloped edge<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The back is marked “Noritake, Nippon, Hand Painted RC” in a blue logo<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Also, imprinted on the back (and very hard to read, towards the bottom foot rim edge is “F3 352KS”
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
