Features Santa in the middle with all kinds of dolls and teddy bears poking out from his pockets and one hand and list in the other hand
He has holly on his hat and pencil tucked behind his year
Around hims is a golds stripe board and then a wide greens tripe border with gold stars and white snowflakes in it
Then there is another tin red stripe and border with teddy bears, rocking horses, gifts and candy canes
Then another thin red stripe border and then a red border around the rim with white dots on it
The front bottom the plate says Christmas 1997 in green on it
