Vintage Planter
USA 1002
Nice oval ceramic planter
Done in a light olive green with a unique splash of powder blue drip glaze
The planter features a sun ray burst design from the bottom alternating between smooth and bumpy textured rays
The planter has sort of a lip half way down and then tapers so it is not completely oval
Has a glossy finish glaze
Bottom is marked USA 1002
Possible hand thrown, but not positive
Can be used as planter, for a centerpiece, or just alone as a display piece
Both decorative and functional
Great gift idea
Measure approx 10.5″ long x 6″ x 3.5″ tall
There is some crazing on the bottom in the clear glaze
There is a couple of natural little imperfections where there is little piece of clay stuck or a little bump on the underside
No chips of cracks
Very good shape
