Vintage Mini Personal Salt or Pepper Shaker
Does have a triangle symbol with some weird squiggly mark in side with possible letters – can’t really make it out
Made in Japan
Pretty little pewter shaker
Features a scroll design around the body of the shaker
The design is impressed into the panels
Body is made of four rectangular panels
Also has a handle
Marked made in Japan on the bottom with that triangular symbol
I believe it is 1940’s, but not positive
The top unscrews for filling
Could use for either salt or pepper or just decorative
Nicely done with a pretty good amount of detail for it’s size
Great gift idea
Both decorative and functional
Measures approx 1.13″ deep x 2″tall x 1.13″ wide x 1.5″ wide counting handle
The outside has minor age wear with light scratches and age relate marks
The inside does look like it has some of the beading (rather than smooth finish) from a rough/unfinished casting with some of the white powder left
No dents or dings
Very good shape
