Pretty little pewter shaker
Features a grape vine design with both grapes and leaves around the body of the shaker
The design in raised
Has a tapered body made of panels
Also has a handle with a curly que at top
Marked made in Japan on the bottom
The top unscrews for filling
Could use for either salt or pepper or just decorative
Pretty with almost a Victorian feel to it
Nicely done with a pretty good amount of detail for it’s size
Great gift idea
Both decorative and functional
Measures approx 1″ deep x 2″tall x 1.25″ wide x 1.63″ wide counting handle
The outside has minor age wear with light scratches and age relate marks
The inside does look like it has some of the beading (rather than smooth finish) from a rough/unfinished casting with some of the white powder left
Also there is some age tarnishing inside the lid and body
There is also a small ding by one of the holes on the shaker lid
Very good shape
