The cowboy has big eyes, a jowly face with big teeth and big mustache under his very worn cowboy hat
It is a very folksy, goofy design with a scruffy, charming cowboy
I believe it is stoneware – at least very gritty ceramic
The plate is finished in glossy glaze on top and matte finish on the bottom
Same with the cowboy – he is done in a matte finish
Use as catch plate for jewelry, keys, coins, etc or just for decorative purposes
